this app. One setback is a natural one at the moment - this app is still new with a
small participation rate for now. I wish more landlords and property owners will

The thing I like most about this app is that while it starts out with the list of
latest added tenant reviews, it has a massive search view area with all sorts of input
boxes to fill out to narrow down my search for existing reviews and get better matches.
This makes my time on this site very productive. My experience creating a review for my
tenant on here was easy. Stumbling upon this site in my Google search result has been
the best thing to happen around here in some time. As a part-time building super at my
